Celebrate Mother’s Day powerfully through sacred storytelling and circle dance.

In the evening the ancient Eleusinian myth of Demeter and Persephone will be retold in an artistic weaving of poetry, story and music. On the following day, aspects of the myth will be enlivened through individual and social creative activities, conversation and play. Circle dancing in the evening and throughout the day will deepen our connection with the trifold goddess in ourselves, the earth and our culture.
